Last weekend i saw the amazing band Ecliptic perform at Fopp on Shandwick Place!
I really enjoyed their performance and the band themselves are so sweet. they performed a few original songs along with some covers! their songs they played included; La Seine and I by Vanessa Paradis (my personal favourite they sang) How to Disappear by Lana Del Rey, I'm To Blame by Ecliptic, and their officially released single, Pennies. I would definitely recommend giving it a listen, the song reminds me of Beabadoobee and Clairo's old music and it's just generally a well written song! I will be waiting (impatiently as usual) for new things coming from them!
As for their actual performance, i found them so entertaining, they interacted with the audience and laughed together and it was very refreshing to see since nowadays lots of bands just go on, play and leave. They played very well live and you could tell the audience really loved it!
This is definitely a band to keep an eye on and i'm so excited to see where they end up!
